Delete your Tax Diary NZ account

You can request deletion of your Tax Diary NZ account and associated account data.

How to request deletion

Email support@taxdiarynz.com from the email address registered to your Tax Diary NZ account. Use the subject Tax Diary NZ Account Deletion Request.

Include only the email address associated with the account. Do not send your password, IRD number, bank information or other sensitive records by email.

In-app option

The production app should also provide a readily discoverable account-deletion option under the user/account settings.

Data handling

Before public release, replace this paragraph with your confirmed deletion timeframe and any categories of data that must be retained for legitimate legal, security or regulatory reasons.
